Roles and permissions for your OnlyFans team
In FansTracker every team member has their own login. You invite people by email, choose a role and assign the OnlyFans accounts they can work on. Permissions are separate, so reading a chat doesn't imply replying to it, and the server checks them on every request. Members never receive OnlyFans passwords or session cookies, and you can deactivate anyone who leaves.

Team and roles
Invite by email
Each invitation is tied to an email address, a role and the accounts assigned. The person joins with their own FansTracker login.
Separate permissions
Reading the inbox, replying, writing fan notes, viewing content, viewing insights and exporting are distinct permissions, combined into roles.
Assigned accounts
Each person only works on the creators assigned to them, in the inbox, the fan list, insights and exports.
Checked on the server
The app hides what a role can't do, and the server checks the permission and the account again on every request.
Deactivate members
When someone leaves, deactivate them. They lose access to the organization and its accounts.
Several organizations
One FansTracker login can belong to more than one organization, each with its own accounts, team and plan.
How it works
- 1
Invite
Enter the person's email, choose a role and tick the accounts they'll handle.
- 2
They accept
The person signs in to FansTracker with the invited email and joins your organization.
- 3
They work within their scope
They see only their assigned accounts and can only do what their role allows. No OnlyFans password changes hands.
- 4
Adjust or deactivate
Change roles and assignments as the team changes, and deactivate members who leave.

Questions, answered
Do chatters need the OnlyFans password?
No. The owner signs in to OnlyFans once when linking the account. The session is stored encrypted on FansTracker servers and is never sent to team members' devices.
Can a chatter read chats without replying?
Yes. Reading the inbox and sending messages are separate permissions. You decide which ones each role has.
How many people can I add?
It depends on the plan: 3 people on Solo, 15 on Studio, 50 on Agency and unlimited on Scale, owner included. The trial allows 5. Solo, Studio and Agency can add packs of 5 seats.
Do team members need their own subscription?
No. The organization's plan covers its members up to the plan limit. Members don't buy a licence of their own.
