Short answer
There is no single best OnlyFans CRM; it depends on what you need today. Infloww, OnlyMonster and FansMetric cover more platforms, and several tools already offer AI chatting and revenue tracking. FansTracker focuses on OnlyFans only, with a flat price, no commission, no browser extension, a shared inbox, fan notes and per-account roles. Compare pricing models at your size and test with real accounts before choosing.
Key points
- Pricing models differ more than features: revenue tiers, AI commissions or flat fees.
- Infloww, OnlyMonster, FansMetric and CreatorXOne support platforms beyond OnlyFans.
- Supercreator, OnlyMonster and Substy offer AI chatting today; FansTracker's AI drafts are in development.
- FansTracker wins on flat pricing, no commission, no extension, roles and Spanish support.
- Always check the vendor's own pricing page on the day you decide, since prices change.
How we compared, and our bias
This comparison is written by FansTracker, so read it knowing we have a stake. To keep it useful, every competitor fact below comes from that vendor's own public website, pricing page or help center, with the date we checked it. We do not use paid accounts of other tools, and when something is not public we say so instead of guessing.
We compared the tools agencies ask us about most: FansTracker, Infloww, Supercreator, OnlyMonster, CreatorHero and FansMetric, plus a short look at Substy, CreatorXOne and others. Prices are in US dollars as published, excluding taxes, and they change often, so confirm them on each vendor's page before you sign up.
FansTracker: flat price, OnlyFans only
FansTracker is a desktop CRM for Windows and macOS, still in validation before general release. It works with OnlyFans only and is not affiliated with OnlyFans. Today it offers a shared inbox across accounts, internal fan notes and a fan CRM, vault metadata and lists, activity insights per creator, CSV export, and roles with separate permissions for reading and replying, assigned per account.
Accounts are linked through a native login window in the app, without a browser extension, and the session is stored encrypted on the server rather than on team members' computers. The app and site are available in English and Spanish. Plans are flat: from $34 a month for 2 accounts and 3 people, with no revenue tiers and no commission, and a 14-day trial with no card.
Where it is weaker today: earnings sync, AI reply drafts, shift management, mass messaging and automations are in development, not available. If you need revenue tracking or AI chatting now, other tools are ahead.
Infloww: multi-platform and established
According to Infloww's public home page (accessed 2026-10-15), it supports OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue and MYM, offers employee shifts and reports, gives each creator account a dedicated proxy, and lets you track revenue, costs and profit for each tracking link. That makes it stronger than FansTracker today for multi-platform agencies and for revenue tracking.
According to Infloww's public pricing page (accessed 2026-10-15), each creator profile is billed monthly in tiers by the creator's earnings, starting at $40 for OnlyFans and Fansly, and an AI Copilot is listed as in beta. Its help center (accessed 2026-10-12) mentions an $80 prepaid deposit before the trial ends.
Supercreator: free entry plan and an AI chatter
According to Supercreator's public pricing page (accessed 2026-10-15), CRM Lite is free for up to 10 accounts, CRM Premium costs $15 per account per month, and Super AI costs $99 per account per month plus 5% of AI net sales. Its pricing FAQ (accessed 2026-10-15) says paid plans are tiered by each account's earnings over the previous 30 days and that team members are unlimited.
Supercreator is OnlyFans focused and offers a 14-day trial with no card. It is the stronger choice if you want a free starting plan or an AI chatter today. Its desktop app combines a browser extension with a backend system, according to its download page (accessed 2026-10-13).
OnlyMonster: its own browser and broad tooling
According to OnlyMonster's public pricing page (accessed 2026-10-15), each account is priced by its earnings in the last 30 days, from $30 a month up to $250 a month for accounts earning $50,000 or more, with cheaper 3 and 6 month terms. Its home page (accessed 2026-10-15) describes a desktop browser for Windows and Mac where each account runs in an isolated session with its own proxy, plus AI assistance, tracking links and shift scheduling.
Its home page also listed Fansly, Fanvue, Telegram, Reddit, LoyalFans and other platforms when we checked on 2026-10-13. OnlyMonster is a strong option for agencies that want many tools in one place today and accept earnings-based pricing.
CreatorHero and FansMetric
According to CreatorHero's public home page and pricing (accessed 2026-10-15), each creator costs $39.99 a month plus a success fee that grows with monthly revenue, with a 7-day trial, unlimited team members with permission control, and AI features such as chat summaries and translation. It is OnlyFans focused.
According to FansMetric's public pricing page (accessed 2026-10-15), each linked OnlyFans or Fansly account costs $39 a month on Standard or $99 on Pro, with no commission on earnings and no per-seat fees. Pro adds trial link revenue, ROI tracking and campaign attribution, and the page lists desktop apps for Mac and Windows plus web access. FansMetric is the closest to FansTracker on pricing philosophy, but it bills per account and offers attribution today.
Other tools worth a look
According to Substy's public pricing page (accessed 2026-10-15), it supports OnlyFans, Fanvue and MYM and charges per creator plus a commission on AI-generated net revenue: $0 with 15%, $69 with 10%, or $99 with 8.5%. It suits agencies that want AI chatting first and a CRM second.
According to CreatorXOne's public home page (accessed 2026-10-15), each connected OnlyFans or Fansly creator costs €1 per day, it also supports ManyVids and LoyalFans, and the base plan includes shift planning, working-hour tracking and payroll calculations, with a 14-day trial without a card. If shifts and payroll are your top need today, it deserves a trial. Fans-CRM, which is free today, and Desirely, an AI chat tool built as a Chrome extension, are covered in our individual comparison pages.
Which one to choose if...
Match the tool to your most pressing problem rather than to the longest feature list. These are fair starting points based on the public information above, not a ranking. Most agencies end up choosing between two or three options, so use this list to build your shortlist and then let a real trial decide.
- You manage creators on Fansly, Fanvue or MYM too: Infloww, OnlyMonster or FansMetric.
- You want an AI chatter answering fans today: Supercreator, OnlyMonster or Substy.
- You need revenue tracking links and attribution now: Infloww, OnlyMonster or FansMetric Pro.
- You need shift planning and payroll today: CreatorXOne, Infloww or OnlyMonster.
- You want a free plan for a small team: Supercreator CRM Lite.
- You work only with OnlyFans and want a flat price with no commission, no extension, a shared inbox, fan notes and per-account roles, in English or Spanish: FansTracker.
How to run a fair trial
Shortlist two or three tools and test them during the same week with real accounts and the people who will use them. Run at least one busy evening shift in each inbox, invite a new chatter with limited access, and check that they only see the accounts assigned to them. Then remove that person and confirm access is gone.
Finally, model the monthly cost at the size you expect in a year. Earnings-based tiers and AI commissions can look cheap at the start and grow quickly as creators earn more, while flat plans grow with the number of accounts and people. Our guide to OnlyFans agency software pricing models walks through the arithmetic.
